CVBL: LA Clippers 109, Orlando 103

LA Clippers beat Orlando 109-103 today in a great game. Although some pundits were predicting a blowout, the two teams delivered a memorable game that left the fans on the edges of their seats until the very end. "It's one of those games that nobody should have to lose," said LA Clippers coach Adnan Bislimovic. "I'm definitely glad it wasn't us."

Orlando coach Bob will be rethinking some of his choices for some time. "I thought we tried the right things at the right times, but of course hindsight is perfect. Obviously not everything we did worked, though, and in a game like this that could have made the difference."

LA Clippers was led by Beeler (16 points, 2 steals, 2 blocks), Edmonds (7 points, 12 boards, 2 assists), Flake (18 points, 0 assists). Orlando was led by Dupree (13 points, 13 boards, 3 assists, a steal, a block), Moore (15 points, 11 boards, 0 assists, a block), Taylor (20 points, a steal, a block).

With today's win, LA Clippers stand at 16-10 and 8-2 at home. They remain at #2 in the Pacific and stay at #4 overall in the Western Conference. Orlando stand at 13-15. They remain at #3 in the Southeast and drop to #9 overall in the Eastern Conference.
