CVBL: Milwaukee Stuns Philadelphia 110-96

Dixon put Milwaukee on his back today, carrying them to a stunning 110-96 victory over Philadelphia. "I'd never tell my players this coming into the game, but I knew they were they better team and was just hoping to avoid getting blown out," said Milwaukee coach Bob. "And aside from Dixon, Philadelphia was the better team out there and probably should have won. But Dixon was about as good as I've ever seen him, and we were able to hitch up and ride him to the win."

Philadelphia coach Bob was impressed. "You certainly can't count on a single player to consistently steal wins for your team, but that's what Dixon did for them today. We just have to hope for a more human performance from him next time we meet."

Milwaukee was led by Dixon (20 points, 12 boards, 0 assists, 3 blocks), Daniels (18 points, 14 boards, 2 assists, 2 steals), Fiore (17 points, 1 assists). Philadelphia was led by Ziegler (21 points, 5 boards, 0 assists, a block), Austin (14 points, a steal), Evans (20 points).

With the victory, Milwaukee stand at 8-23 and 7-10 at home. They remain at #5 in the Central and stay at #15 overall in the Eastern Conference. Philadelphia fall to 20-10. They remain at #3 in the Atlantic and stay at #5 overall in the Eastern Conference.
