"We got our share of luck today," acknowledged San Antonio coach Bob. "They pretty much dictated the game but we were able to get the job done when it mattered. Logan really helped us out there; we couldn't have pulled it off without him."

Houston was led by Howard (28 points, a steal, 3 blocks), Roberson (11 points, 14 assists, a steal), James (15 points, 13 boards, 1 assists, 4 blocks).

After this win, San Antonio improve to 18-13 and 13-6 at home. They stay at #2 in the Southwest and move up to #5 overall in the Western Conference. Houston fall to 19-10. They stay at #1 in the Southwest and hold at #3 overall in the Western Conference.
