CVBL: Milwaukee Beats Indiana 86-78

Milwaukee came out on top in an exciting game against Indiana. "I'm sure it was a dream game for the fans, with the result in the balance down to the end," said Milwaukee coach Bob. "But these sorts of games give me gray hair."

Bob and his counterpart, Indiana coach Coach Hitch, brought out the best in their teams. "Not a lot of mistakes from either side," said Coach Hitch. "That's what I like to see. Of course, I'd like to see us win as well but only one team can do that. Milwaukee just played better, and we have to tip our hats to them."

Milwaukee was led by Martinez (11 points, 6 boards, 11 assists, 2 steals, a block), Howe (20 points, 5 boards, 1 assists, a steal), Thomas (21 points, 0 assists, a block). Indiana was led by Williams (27 points, a block), Holmes (14 points, 5 boards, 0 assists, 3 steals, a block), Cato (16 points, 1 assists, a steal).

With today's victory, Milwaukee are now 20-9 and 10-4 at home. They improve to #2 in the Central and move up to #4 overall in the Eastern Conference. Indiana broke their winning streak at 12 games, and drop to 21-8. They hold at #1 in the Central and hold at #1 overall in the Eastern Conference.
