CVBL: LA Clippers Coasts Past Washington
LA Clippers posted a solid 124-104 win over Washington today. "I don't think we left any doubt over who was the better team today," said LA Clippers coach Adnan Bislimovic. "We pretty much did whatever we wanted out there, and I don't think they ever figured out what to do about Edmonds's play."
It will be a tough task for Washington coach Bob to get his team up for their next game. "We really came in believing that we had a shot to win this one, but obviously that didn't happen. They outplayed us from the start, and there weren't too many happy faces in the locker room afterwards."
LA Clippers was led by Edmonds (18 points, 22 boards, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Barnes (16 points, 6 boards, 6 assists, a steal), Newton (8 points, 2 blocks). Washington was led by Harrington (18 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks), Hawkins (18 points, 0 assists, a steal), Moore (17 points, a block).
