CVBL: Houston Schools Milwaukee

Lots of preparation paid off this evening, as Houston blew past Milwaukee 109-78. "Coach did a great job for this one," said Houston star Evans. "He really studied Milwaukee, figured out their tendencies, and gave us one heck of a game plan. I think we're almost getting spoiled with his great work - every game we go out there knowing exactly what our opponent is going to try. We don't always get blowouts like this, but we are always the better-prepared team."

Houston was led by Evans (24 points, 7 boards, 2 assists, a block), Lewis (15 points, 5 boards, 1 assists, 2 blocks), Hurd (8 points, a steal). Milwaukee was led by Judson (19 points), Nichols (17 points, 0 assists, a block), Fiore (9 points, a steal, 2 blocks).

After this win, Houston are now 22-8 and 12-0 at home. They stay at #2 in the Southwest and stay at #4 overall in the Western Conference. Milwaukee stand at 8-23 with this defeat. They hold at #5 in the Central and hold at #13 overall in the Eastern Conference.
