CVBL: LA Clippers Pulls Out Win Over Sacramento 88-79

LA Clippers squeezed out a win today against Sacramento, 88-79. Both teams came out of the gates strong but a late game push by LA Clippers was just enough to hold off Sacramento. Coach Adnan Bislimovic said, "This game is really a sign of things to come. We come out and play hard every night. Things are looking up, and the fans of LA Clippers have a lot to look forward to after this victory."

In the Sacramento locker room after the game, players were in a somber mood. Even after the great team performance led by Coleman, they still come up short. "We deserved to win. That was our game - we just need to be able to put our opposition away when we have them down. We really were the better team." said Coleman after the game.

LA Clippers was led by Feaster (23 points, 5 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks), Wood (11 points, 8 boards, 0 assists, a steal, 2 blocks), Smith (11 points, 0 assists, a steal, a block). Sacramento was led by Coleman (10 points, 16 boards, 2 assists, a block), Montgomery (13 points, 4 assists, 3 steals), Lake (14 points, 6 boards, 0 assists, a block).
