CVBL: Dallas Pulls Out Upset of Chicago

Kay played a solid game, leading Dallas to a 102-89 upset of Chicago. "It was an 'upset' in name only," said Chicago coach Bob. "They were the better team today. Bob had his team better prepared than I had mine, and Kay was just too much for us to handle. It you didn't know the teams' records but just saw this game, you'd say Dallas was the better team by far."

Dallas was led by Kay (22 points, 9 boards, 0 assists, 2 blocks), Burker (10 points, 13 boards, 1 assists, 3 blocks), Wilson (12 points, 8 boards, 5 assists). Chicago was led by Wilson (12 points, 11 assists), Sigler (26 points, a block), Meyers (10 points, 1 assists, 2 steals, 4 blocks).

Dallas are now 20-11 and 12-2 at home. They stay at #2 in the Southwest and stay at #4 overall in the Western Conference. Chicago fall to 20-12. They move down to #3 in the Central and move down to #5 overall in the Eastern Conference.
