CVBL: Boston Pulls Out Upset of Indiana

Boston got just enough breaks to upset Indiana, 94-91. The pace of play was clearly dictated by Indiana, showing who was the better team. But Boston came up with the right plays at the right times to convert more scoring chances and come away with the win.

"We got our share of luck today," acknowledged Boston coach Bob. "They pretty much dictated the game but we were able to get the job done when it mattered. Morse really helped us out there; we couldn't have pulled it off without him."

Boston was led by Morse (25 points, a steal, 2 blocks), Woodard (14 points, 10 boards, 2 assists, a steal, a block), Owens (26 points, a block). Indiana was led by Mack (7 points, 2 steals, a block), Sigler (17 points, 8 boards, 2 assists, 3 blocks), Wade (19 points, 7 boards, 0 assists, a steal, 2 blocks).

Boston are now 13-22 with today's victory. They stay at #5 in the Atlantic and remain at #11 overall in the Eastern Conference. Indiana broke their winning streak at 5 games, and stand at 20-14 and 11-5 at home. They remain at #2 in the Central and stay at #6 overall in the Eastern Conference.
