CVBL: Indiana Beats Sacramento
Indiana, led by Mcfadden, got the critical win in today's matchup against Sacramento. After the game, the Indiana star was surrounded by would-be interviewers, a not uncommon sight recently as he has moved into a leading role on his team. After taking a few questions, he met his long-time friend, Sacramento's Dobbs, who had played his heart out during the game only to come up short. "It's always tough when we play, he said. I always like to see him do well, and vice versa. But we can't both come out winners as long as we're on different teams." Rumors continue to circulate about the two friends trying to find their way onto the same team.
Indiana was led by Mcfadden (18 points, 18 boards, 4 assists, 2 blocks), Harvey (26 points, 15 boards, 1 assists, 2 steals), Ouzts (18 points, 2 blocks). Sacramento was led by Dobbs (21 points, 13 assists, 2 blocks), Brown (20 points, 4 blocks), Bowling (6 points, 8 boards, 2 assists, 5 blocks).
Indiana are now 3-1 and 3-0 at home with this victory. They hold at #1 in the Central and improve to #2 overall in the Eastern Conference. Sacramento fall to 2-1. They move down to #2 in the Pacific and move down to #6 overall in the Western Conference.
